Mercutio is a great friend, he defends Romeo but is too rash. Tybalt did not want to start a fight with Mercutio, but Mercutio provoked him. They started fighting, but Romeo only wanted peace. Hence, he steps between Tybalt and Mercutio and put up his arms to stop the fight. But he did not expect that that made it worst. Tybalt pushes his sword into Mercutio when Romeo raised his arms up. Mercutio was hurt, it was not a very deep or wide cut, but enough to kill him. In the end, Mercutio died.
Knowing that Tybalt killed Mercutio, Romeo could not hold himself back. He started fighting with Romeo, either one of them will have to join Mercutio in death. Romeo kills Tybalt, he falls down. It's all Tybalt's doing. Only if he did not want to fight Romeo, making Mercutio defend for Romeo and hence fighting with him. Then Romeo's best friend Mercutio died, he had to revenge for his friend, causing another death, Tybalt.
Friar Laurence asked his brother, Friar John to deliver the letter from him to Romeo. But Friar John couldn't go to Mantua. He wanted another friar to go with him, but he was visiting some sick people. Then the health officers of Verona came and closed the house. He couldn't leave. Hence, Romeo didn't know that Juliet's 'death' was a set-up. He thought that Juliet was dead, and he could not accept it and killed himself with a very strong poison.
I should not provoked Juliet, and cause the fight. I only knew one side of the story, which was myopic, cause Romeo killed Tybalt, who was my love's cousin. I thought that Romeo was here to steal things from the vault, and started the fight. I lose the battle, Romeo killed me.
After Romeo killed me, he drank the strong poison and ended his life. He did not want to leave Juliet. When he thought Juliet is dead, he finds no meaning of life anymore. If Friar John had delivered the letter, maybe this tragedy would not have happened.

The fight started when Benvolio and Mercutio met the capulets. Though Benvolio and Tybalt were not interested in fighting each other, Mercutio was very angry and wanted to fight. However, Tybalt only wanted to fight Romeo, who came afterwards. Though Romeo tried all ways to convince Tybalt that he did not want to fight, Tybalt insisted that he stop being a coward and fight back. Furious, Mercutio challenged Tybalt to a fight, since Romeo was not willing to.
When the two men started fighting, Romeo tried to stop them. However, they ignored him and continued. Romeo told Benvolio to take his sword out and help him to stop the fight. Romeo came in between them and tried to stop them. However, that gave Tybalt a chance to attack Benvolio. He stabbed Benvolio and ran away after that.
Yes, he was not repentant at all after killing Benvolio. Instead of helping him up and trying to save him, he ran away together with Sampson and Geogory. He was not guilty at all for Benvolio's death. Instead, when Romeo said that another one of them was to join Benvolio's death, Tyblat clained that it was Romeo.

Two servants, Sampson and Gregory, of the Capulet family were in the town square of Verona. Soon after, Abram and Balthasar of the Montague family arrive. These two families have been enemies since a long time ago and are still not able to get along with each other well. Everytime they meet, their swords will be raised without hesitation. Sampson made a rude face at the Montagues for his personal enjoyment and triggered the Montagues to start a fight. The servants from the two families continue to agitate each other by their childish exchange of words. Thereafter, they started to fight. Benvolio steps in to stop the imbecilic fight. From his actions, we can state that Benvolio is not an unreasonable man that will fight at any opportunity he’s given. Tybalt, who is impulsive, attacks Benvolio as he sees no truth in his words. Furthermore, the townspeople joined in with the commotion. Later, Lord Capulet, his wife, Lord Montague and his wife arrived at the scene. The two lords are eager to fight with each other but were stopped by their sensible wives. A short while later, Prince Escalus showed up and stopped the irritating fight that has happened three times already at his streets.
I think that the fault lies with both the servants of the Montague and Capulet family. Although Sampson and Gregory from the Capulet family first started the fight, Abram and Balthasar chose to accept the invitation rather than just simply ignored them. I would say that these servants are frivolous and brainless because they have never ever thought about the trouble they have caused to others. I personally think that they should be punished and reflect on their actions. However, I think it would be pointless to do so. I believe even after the punishment, the two families will start another commotion when they encounter each other. If not, they wouldn’t still be enemies that have to be stopped by a prince.
